The resale or distribution of the source code for acquired resources, as well as the creation and sharing of derivatives, is strictly prohibited. this includes sharing, exporting, offering, or resale to third parties without a proper license, even in the case of free assets provided to the community.
Engaging in the resale or sharing of any work created by us will result in the ban of your customer account on tebex. you will forfeit all access without refund and be reported to the official cfx and tebex compliance staff.
Purchasing our maps implies your acceptance of potential conflicts with maps from other creators. we disclaim responsibility for fixes to others' work. any conflict arising with existing world collisions from other work is beyond our liability. we assure delivery without crashes from our side, employing maximum effort in testing and reproducing all possible issues.
Bug discovery
If you encounter a bug in the original resource, which you didn't modify in any way, please open a ticket on our official discord for a future correction/update. again, we don't provide any fixes for bugs in others maps/work.
Report thief work
Too many dishonest people resell scripts/resources once purchased & even free, that is why you can report an unauthorised resale on our discord server in order to initiate a procedure against the person in question with tebex compliances, cfx team and european commercial court.
Refund conditions
According to tebex new policy terms & conditions there is no refund to digital content once the content is provided to the end user.
